Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy spans 15 days from receipt of delivery. If your return exceeds 15 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including original tags. Any product that does not meet the return and exchange criteria will be returned back to the sender.
All sale items are final, no exceptions will be made
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (earrings, hats, leggings, undergarments, and swimwear)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned (or postmarked) more than 15 days after delivery
We offer returns within 15 business days from receipt of delivery. If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 5-7 business days, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or missing items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Exchanges are based on availability of stock.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, we suggest purchasing the new item, then returning the item you want to exchange to ensure that we do not sell out. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org .We cannot guarantee the item you need will be in stock.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
